FSC Mill Wellness Program moves into its 5th Week, and it is so good to see participants who began the program, still at it, taking on any activity that we have challenged them with. The group maybe small but are determined to make a difference when it comes to physical activity and "change" is already noticeable. Kilos are being dropped and come Week 12, we are definitely going to see impact with this group.
